Sleep at 10pm, wake at 6am, toilet at 6.10am, long block of creativity till lunch time. Lunch with acquaintance (different each day).

Long block of creativity till dinner time.

Dinner with friends and family (same each day).

Long block of creativity/relaxation till bedtime.

Repeat x 5 weekdays, no plan x 2 weekends.
